You may not use Pixfaro to create or share content that…

• is illegal or facilitates illegal activity;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (CSAM) — zero tolerance; we remove it and report to authorities as required by law;
• is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent;
• harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against a person or group;
• is deceptive — impersonation, fraud, disinformation, misleading deepfakes, or fake identification, documents, or currency;
• infringes intellectual property or misappropriates someone's likeness or brand;
• attributes words to a real person or organisation who did not say them — including on a rendered quote or post card.

You also may not…

• attempt to bypass provider safety systems or our controls;
• upload malware, or attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or the underlying providers;
• share API keys publicly or resell raw model access as your own model in violation of provider terms.

Faces you upload, and faces you ask for

You may upload a photo of a person only if you have the right to use it — your own face, or one you have permission to use. Do not upload someone else's face to put it on a card, a logo, or a generated scene.

• Personas are self-likeness only. If you create a persona from reference photos, those photos must be of you (or of someone who has given you explicit, documented consent).
• No impersonation. Do not present a generated or typeset image as a real statement, post, or endorsement by a real person or organisation. A quote card attributing words to someone who did not say them is impersonation, whatever the styling.
• Your reference photos stay yours. They are private to your account, deletable at any time, never reused across accounts, and never used to train shared models.
• Takedown. If an image on Pixfaro uses your likeness without your permission, email support@pixfaro.com with the image URL. We remove confirmed cases and act on the account behind them.

How we enforce this

We and our model providers run automated and manual checks. Text you put on a card is screened the same way a prompt is. We may block prompts, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts. Where the law requires, we preserve and report information to the appropriate authorities.

Report abuse

If you find content or behavior that breaks these rules, email support@pixfaro.com with the image URL and a short description, or report it programmatically with POST /v1/abuse-reports (no account needed). We review reports promptly.
