1. What you buy

Pixfaro is prepaid, with no subscription: you top up a balance and each generation debits it at the displayed price. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase and are not transferable; they cannot be exchanged for cash except where this policy provides a refund (section 2).

2. When we refund

• you delete your account — any unspent balance is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of deletion, no request needed: the deletion itself records the refund we owe you, and we email you when it is paid (the same promise the account page makes);
• a billing error on our side, or an accidental duplicate charge;
• a technical problem that prevents you from using what you paid for and that we cannot fix within a reasonable time;
• where applicable law gives you a right to a refund;
• exceptional circumstances — ask; we would rather refund than have you feel stuck.

Outside those cases prepaid credits are non-refundable while your account stays open. A failed generation never needs a refund request — it is not charged, and an interrupted one is credited back automatically.

3. How to request a refund

Email dasha@shejust.works (She Just Works LLC, the seller of record) from the email address on your Pixfaro account, with the product name and, if you have it, the Stripe receipt number. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge, contact us first — most cases are resolved in one reply, faster than a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
