Pixfaro provides an API and an MCP server that generate images using third-party AI models. When you make a request, we route it to the model you select, pay that provider, and debit your prepaid balance at the displayed price (provider cost plus our markup). We do not train the models and do not control their outputs.
You must be able to form a binding contract (18+ or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information. Keep your API keys secret — you are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. Tell us promptly at support@pixfaro.com if a key is exposed.
Pixfaro is prepaid, with no subscription. You buy credits through our payment processor (Stripe); each generation debits your balance. Prices are shown before you buy and may change over time. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refunds & Cancellation policy (billing errors, duplicates, service failures, and where the law requires). Do not initiate fraudulent chargebacks; we may suspend accounts that do.
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block requests, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate it or that create legal risk for us or our providers.
Generation is performed by third-party providers (for example OpenAI and Google). Your prompt and any input image are sent to the selected provider, and that provider's terms and content policies also apply to your use. We are not responsible for provider outputs, availability, moderation decisions, or policy changes.
You keep whatever rights you already hold in your prompts and inputs. As between you and Pixfaro, you own the images you generate, to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable provider's terms. Note that AI-generated output may have limited or no copyright protection. You represent that you have the rights to any image you upload and that your prompts and use of outputs do not infringe others' rights or violate any law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uptime at this stage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, She Just Works LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify She Just Works LLC against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
You may stop using Pixfaro at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations or to comply with law. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which She Just Works LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: support@pixfaro.com.
